About Us

Crescendo Music Studios is a brand new music school and performing arts center in the heart of Glen Park, San Francisco. We offer private and group music lessons in piano, violin, cello, voice, guitar, and drums.As we launch this exciting venture, we're seeking exceptional piano teachers to help build something special from the ground up.

Drum Educator

We're looking for a passionate drummer who loves sharing their craft with students of all ages. Whether you're working with a curious 6-year-old or an adult picking up sticks for the first time, you'll help them discover the joy of rhythm and music. Join us as a founding member of our teaching team.

What You'll Do

Share your love of drumming with children and adults

Meet each student where they are in their journey

Create engaging lessons that balance technique with fun

Explore diverse styles — rock, jazz, Latin, funk, and beyond

Help students prepare for performances and ensemble playing

Build positive relationships with students and their families

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred (music degree strongly preferred)

At least 1 year of drum/percussion teaching experience

Strong technique and the ability to explain it simply

Reliable, organized, and professional

Passionate about teaching and performing

Legal authorization to work in the US

Willing to complete background check and fingerprinting

We Especially Value

Bachelor's degree in music required; Master's degree a plus

Gigging or recording experience

Comfort working with all ages and skill levels

Multilingual abilities to serve our diverse community

A genuine love for passing on your passion for music
