About Us

Crescendo Music Studios is a brand new music school and performing arts center in the heart of Glen Park, San Francisco. We offer private and group music lessons in piano, violin, cello, voice, guitar, and drums.As we launch this exciting venture, we're seeking exceptional piano teachers to help build something special from the ground up.

Piano Teacher Position

We're looking for passionate educators who want to be part of creating an extraordinary music education experience. This is your opportunity to help shape our teaching philosophy and be a founding member of our team.

What You'll Do

Assess student progress and adapt your teaching approach accordingly

Meet each child where they are in their musical journey

Find music that resonates with your students across various styles and genres

Design personalized lesson plans for individual goals and learning styles

Reflect on your teaching to continuously improve

Help prepare students for performances and exams

Maintain positive communication with families

Follow our established curriculum and teaching standards

Be an active founding team member in our studio community

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred (music degree strongly preferred)

Minimum 1 year of piano teaching experience

Organized, punctual, detail-oriented, and responsible

Motivated, energetic, and passionate about teaching

Current legal authorization to work in the United States

Applicants will undergo a thorough background check and will need fingerprinting clearance

We Especially Value

Bachelor of Music (BM) degree or higher

Multilingual abilities to serve our diverse community

Experience with both private and group lessons

Ability to teach across various musical styles

Strong understanding of music pedagogy and how to scaffold learning

Ability to teach students of all ages
